What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For items in stock (especially in our overseas warehouses), the MOQ is 1 piece. This supports our retail and workshop partners who need flexibility.
For custom orders or items not in stock, the MOQ depends on the specific product type (e.g., 3,000 pcs for small components, varied for casting parts). Please contact sales for specific details.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we provide free samples for quality verification. For new customers, shipping costs are covered by the buyer. For established partners or high-potential projects, Raceorly may cover the shipping costs.
Do you offer Private Label or OEM services?
Yes. For wholesale orders meeting certain volume requirements, we offer Private Labeling (custom packaging with your logo). We also offer deeper OEM customization (product specs/materials), though this is less common and subject to higher MOQs.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your delivery times?
In-Stock Items: We guarantee dispatch within 3 days from our local warehouses (USA, UK, Germany, China).
Production Orders: Typical lead time is 30 days, which is significantly faster than the industry average of 50 days.
Where do you ship from?
We have a global network. Depending on your location and stock availability, orders are shipped from our warehouses in China (HQ), USA, UK, or Germany to ensure the fastest delivery time.
Warranty & Returns
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a standard 24-Month (2-Year) Warranty on all engine parts. This covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
How do you handle returns for international orders?
For international claims, you do not need to ship the defective part back to China. Simply provide clear photos and videos of the issue. Once verified by our engineers, we will ask you to destroy the part locally, and we will resend a replacement immediately.
Technical & Data
How can I confirm a part fits my vehicle?
We use TecDoc Standardized Data. You can search by OE Number, Chassis Number (VIN), or Vehicle Model on our website. Our team can also provide rapid confirmation via WhatsApp if you send us a picture or VIN.
Do you have product certifications?
Yes. Our products are certified with EAC, INMETRO, and TecDoc. Our supply chain partners are certified to ISO9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
